Ingredients:
- 3 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 1/2 cups chopped celery
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste
- lettuce
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced, optional
Preparation:
Combine chicken, celery and pineapple; moisten with mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Serve on lettuce and garnish with sliced egg, if desired.Serves 8
