Cook Time: 6 minutes
Ingredients:
- 4 cups corn cereal squares
- 2 cans potato sticks, 3 ounces total
- 1 cup honey-roasted peanuts
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 to 3 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
Preparation:
Place first 3 ingredients in a 3-quart microwavable bowl or casserole. Combine melted butter and remaining ingredients in a separate bowl, mixing well. Drizzle butter mixture over cereal mixture and toss to coat well.
Microwave on high for 6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes. Cool
completely on paper towels.
Makes 6 cups.
