Cook Time: 1 hour, 30 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cans (16 ounces each) baked pork and beans in tomato sauce (about 5 cups)
- 6 frankfurters
Preparation:
Mix together onion, ketchup, molasses, brown sugar, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Add beans and stir to blend. Turn mixture into a 2-quart casserole and bake at 300° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Arrange franks on the beans; bake 30 minutes longer.Serves 4 to 6.
