Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup uncooked rice
- 2 (6 to 8-ounce) sirloin steak, boneless
- 1 tablespoon Peanut oil
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- salt
- pepper
Preparation:
Cook rice according to package directions. Set aside.Heat griddle or electric frying pan to 350° and add peanut oil to coat surface. Sear steak on both sides. Cut steak into strips. Return to griddle along with mushroom slices.
Turn meat pieces until done to preference. Season with salt and pepper to
taste. Serve with boiled rice and mustard sauce, steal saice, or other condiment.
Serves 2.
Mustard Sauce:
Place sesame seeds in flat baking pan in a 350° oven for about 8 minutes, or until browned and aromatic. Mix mustard and water in a small mixing bowl until it forms a paste. Place in blender with sesame seeds, soy sauce and garlic. Blend at high speed for about 1 minute. Remove and stir in whipped cream.
