Ingredients:
- Marinade for Steak
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2/3 cup tomato juice
- 1/4 cup red wine
- dash Worcestershire sauce

- Chicken or Pork
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup white wine
Preparation:
Mix ingredients for each marinade and marinate meat or poultry in a nonreactive dish in refrigerator for several hours, up to 24 hours.
