Marinade Recipes

Two different marinades -- one for steaks and the other for pork or chicken.

Ingredients:

  • Marinade for Steak
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2/3 cup tomato juice
  • 1/4 cup red wine
  • dash Worcestershire sauce
  • .
  • Chicken or Pork
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup white wine

Preparation:

Mix ingredients for each marinade and marinate meat or poultry in a nonreactive dish in refrigerator for several hours, up to 24 hours.
