Ingredients:
- 2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
- 2 (10 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (5 oz.) jar dried beef, shredded
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 4 hard cooked eggs, diced
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 c. evaporated milk
Preparation:
Cook macaroni until just tender. Combine all ingredients and pour into a generously buttered crockpot, stirring thoroughly. Cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
