Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 8 chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup thick barbecue sauce
Preparation:
Put flour, garlic powder, mustard, salt, and pepper in a food storage bag. Add chicken, a few pieces at a time, and shake to coat thoroughly. Heat oil in large skillet; add chicken and brown on all sides. Put half of the barbecue sauce in crockpot; add chicken then add remaining sauce. Cook on low 6 to 7 hours, or until chicken is tender and juices run clear.Serves 4 to 6.
