Crockpot Spiced Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 12 to 15 chicken thighs, or 6 to 8 leg quarters, skin removed
  • 1 1/3 cups soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves or allspice
  • 1/2 cup water

Preparation:

Place chicken in slow cooker; mix all other ingredients and poor over chicken. Cook on low 6 to 7 hours, until chicken is tender and juices run clear.
