Ingredients:
- 1 to 1 1/2 pounds chicken breast tenders, boneless
- 2 cups coarsely chopped cabbage
- 1 medium onion, cut in large chunks
- 1 medium red bell pepper, cut in large chunks
- 1 packet Kikkoman Oriental Chicken Salad Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 cup frozen mixed oriental vegetables
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon cold water
Preparation:
Cut chicken into 1 1/2-inch pieces. Place first 8 ingredients in slow cooker; mix well. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 7 hours. Stir cornstarch and cold water together; add with vegetables and cook for 30 to 45 minutes longer, until vegetables are tender.Serves 4 to 6.
