Ingredients:
- 1 box pound cake mix, 16 ounces
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons butter
Preparation:
Mix cake mix according to package directions. Pour batter into well greased and floured 2 pound coffee tin (make sure it will fit in your crockpot with cover) or baking dish which holds batter and fits in your crockpot. Combine sugar, flour, nuts, cinnamon, and butter; sprinkle over cake batter. Place can in slow cooker. Cover top of can with 8 layers of paper towels. Cover slow cooker and bake on high for 3 to 4 hours.
