Crockpot Rice Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 1/2 cups scalded milk
  • 2/3 cup white or brown sugar
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 3 tablespoons soft butter

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients. Pour into a buttered baking dish which will fit into slow cooker. (This can also be poured directly into a buttered crockpot.) Cook on high 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Stir every 10 minutes during first 30 minutes. Recipe can be doubled.
