Ingredients:
- 1 fully cooked ham, about 3 pounds
- 4 cups (32 ounces) apple cider or apple juice
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- dash nutmeg
- 2 cups golden raisins
Preparation:
Place ham with enough cider to cover into your slow cooker/Crock Pot and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours.
