Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups diced ham
- 8 medium potatoes, sliced
- Salt and pepper
- 2 small onions, sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Cheddar cheese soup
Preparation:
In crockpot, layer ham, potatoes, salt and pepper, sliced onion, and green pepper. In a bowl, combine 1 can cheddar cheese soup, 2 tablespoons water, and squirt of prepared mustard; pour over all. Cook on low 7 to 9 hours, until potatoes are tender.Serves 6.
