Ham and Potatoes with Cheese

Ham and potatoes are layered with chopped bell pepper, onions, and seasonings, then topped with cheese soup. A ham and potato casserole in the crockpot, with cheese.

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups diced ham
  • 8 medium potatoes, sliced
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 small onions, sliced
  • 1 green pepper, sliced
  • 1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Cheddar cheese soup

Preparation:

In crockpot, layer ham, potatoes, salt and pepper, sliced onion, and green pepper. In a bowl, combine 1 can cheddar cheese soup, 2 tablespoons water, and squirt of prepared mustard; pour over all. Cook on low 7 to 9 hours, until potatoes are tender.
Serves 6.
