Ingredients:
- 1 canned ham, 5 pounds
- 1/4 cup orange marmalade
- 1 heaping tablespoon Dijon-style mustard or bold and spicy
- 1 large oven cooking bag
Preparation:
Remove the ham from the can and rinse off gelatin that clings to the meat. Place the ham inside cooking bag. Spread the top of the ham with a mixture of marmalade and mustard. Seal the bag with a twist-tie. Place bag in slow cooker then poke 4 holes in the top to let steam escape. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.Serve the ham with the marmalade sauce.
