Ingredients:
- 2 pounds ground ham
- 1 cup cracker crumbs
- 2 eggs
- Pinch salt
- .
- Sauce:
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 cup hot water
Preparation:
Mix the first four ingredients together and shape into balls; place in slow cooker.Pour sauce over ham balls; cover and cook for 2 to 3 hours on high or 4 to 6 hours on low.Serves 8 to 10.
