Hash Browns With Ham

Hash browns with ham and cheese, or use corned beef in the crockpot hash brown casserole recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 1 large package frozen hash brown potatoes (32 ounces)
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (10 3/4) ounces condensed Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 to 2 cups frozen green peas
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 can ham, corned beef, or Spam, diced, about 1 to 2 cups
  • salt and pepper

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients in a slow cooker and season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover and cook on High 4 hours or Low 8 hours.
Serves 6 to 8.
