Cook Time: 9 hours
Ingredients:
- 1 to 2 lb. ground beef or turkey
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 to 2 cans diced tomatoes (14 1/2 oz)
- 1 to 2 cans tomato sauce (14 1/2 oz)
- Chili powder
- garlic powder or finely minced garlic
- Italian seasoning
- ground red pepper
- oregano
- salt and pepper
- small can sliced mushrooms drained
Preparation:
Brown and crumble ground beef and onion. Drain and place in crockpot; add seasonings/spices to taste. Cook on low all day (about 8 to 10 hours). Add mushrooms about 30 minutes before serving. Cook spaghetti as package directs; drain and serve.Even better mixed together as leftovers.
