Polish Sausage and Hash Browns

Cook Time: 6 hours

Ingredients:

  • 1 to 1 1/2 lbs. Polish sausage, sliced
  • 1 large pkg. (about 2 pounds) frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 can (4 ounces) chopped mild chile peppers, optional
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 3/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 bunch green onions, about 6 to 8, diced
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder

Preparation:

Grease or spray crockpot with nonstick cooking spray. Combine sausage, potatoes, onions and seasonings in crockpot. Mix together soup and milk; pour over ingredients in the crockpot and stir to blend ingredients. Cook on LOW 5 to 7 hours, stirring gently a few times.
