Ingredients:
- 1 stalk celery,chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 3 to 4 carrots, sliced
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can green beans, drained
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can zucchini with tomato sauce
- 1 lb. ground chuck, browned and drained (or ham cubes or leftover diced pork or beef roast)
- salt and pepper
- 4 cups water
Preparation:
Put everything in large slow cooker and cook on high for 6 hours or on low for 8 to 10 hours.Tami's Note:
My pot is 6 quarts, so you may have to reduce this recipe if you have a smaller pot.
