Cook Time: 8 hours
Ingredients:
- 1 medium cabbage
- 1 small rutabaga, cut in chunks
- 1 bunch celery
- 2 dozen baby carrots
- 2 medium onions, cut in chunks
- 1 envelope dried onion soup
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) tomatoes
- 1 can (12 ounces) V-8 juice
- 1 cup garbanzo beans or other cooked beans, optional
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 9 hours, until vegetables are tender.
