Crockpot Mixed Vegetable Bake

Cook Time: 4 hours

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans cream-style corn, approx. 17 ounces each
  • 2 cans green beans; cut, approx. 16 ounces each, drained
  • 1 can peas, approx. 16 ounces, drained
  • 1 can diced tomatoes, approx. 15 ounces
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
  • 1 teaspoon dried leaf basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • pepper

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in removable liner; mix well to blend in seasonings. Cover and cook on low 3 to 5 hours.
