Vegetables Paprikosh

Crockpot vegetables with paprika.

Ingredients:

  • 4 to 5 large carrots, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
  • 6 to 8 large potatoes, cut in 1-inch cubes
  • 5 large celery ribs, sliced
  • 2 large onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 to 3 tablespoons Hungarian paprika, or to taste
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups water

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker; add water and cook on high for 4 hours.
