Ingredients:
- 2 cups converted white rice, uncooked (Uncle Ben's Converted Rice)
- 4 1/2 cups water
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 3/4 teaspoon saffron threads
- 2 teaspoons salt
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker; stir well. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours, until rice is tender.Serves 6.
