Ingredients:
- 4 to 6 medium red potatoes, sliced about 1/4" thick (peeled or not)
- 4 to 5 cups whole fresh green beans, trimmed
- 6 slices bacon, diced fried and drained
- 2 tablspoons minced dried onion
- 1 can 98% fat free cream of celery soup
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Place sliced potatoes and green beans in slow cooker or Crock Pot; add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low 7 to 9 hours.Serves 4 to 6.
