Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup cracked wheat
- 1/4 cup steel cut oats
- 1/4 cup coconut, sweetened or not
- 3 cups water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1/4 cup pearl barley
- 1/4 cup brown rice
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 9 hours.
