Cook Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 can (17 to 20 ounces) fruit cocktail, 2 1/2 cups
- 1 can (8 or 9 ounces) crushed pineapple
- 3 bananas, sliced
- 6 marshmallows, quartered
- 3/4 cup shredded coconut
Preparation:
Combine fruits and marshmallows. Spoon into a 10x6-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with coconut. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes, or until coconut is toasted. Serve ambrosia dessert hot with whipped cream or ice cream.
