Ambrosia Dessert

A baked ambrosia dessert, with fruit, pineapple, bananas, marshmallows, and coconut.

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (17 to 20 ounces) fruit cocktail, 2 1/2 cups
  • 1 can (8 or 9 ounces) crushed pineapple
  • 3 bananas, sliced
  • 6 marshmallows, quartered
  • 3/4 cup shredded coconut

Preparation:

Combine fruits and marshmallows. Spoon into a 10x6-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with coconut. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes, or until coconut is toasted. Serve ambrosia dessert hot with whipped cream or ice cream.
