Ingredients:
- 6 cups coconut milk, canned or fresh
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients and stir til completely dissolved. Cook on medium heat until boiling. Reduce heat to low stir until thick. Chill til firm.Shared on our forum by Kathy.
