Use this delicious chocolate sauce on ice cream, pound cake, or other desserts.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup dark corn syrup
  • 12 ounces semisweet or bittersweet chocolate, chopped into small pieces

Preparation:

In a medium saucepan, bring the whipping cream and corn syrup to a simmer. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate. Stir until smooth. Transfer some to a condiment squeeze bottle to decorate desserts, or spoon into a bowl. Put extra sauce in small containers and store in the freezer, if desired.
