Pasteurized egg substitute makes this creamy ice cream extra-easy to prepare. Just blend ingredients and let your ice cream freezer do the rest.

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup pasteurized egg product, such as Egg Beaters ®
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans, optional

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients, blending well. Pour into ice cream freezer and follow manufacturer's instructions for freezing ice cream. Pack into a container and store in the freezer.
