Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup pasteurized egg product, such as Egg Beaters ®
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans, optional
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients, blending well. Pour into ice cream freezer and follow manufacturer's instructions for freezing ice cream. Pack into a container and store in the freezer.Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
