Raisin Pancakes

Raisin pancakes with wheat germ.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup wheat germ
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • butter
  • syrup

Preparation:

Heat greased griddle.

In a mixing bowl, whisk milk with egg and oil until blended. Stir in pancake mix, wheat germ and raisins. Cook pancakes on hot griddle for about 3 minutes on each side, or until lightly browned on both sides.

Serve pancakes hot, with butter and maple syrup.

Make about 8 pancakes using 1/4 cup for each pancake.
